RECURRING CARE
Keep the home at a clear baseline.
Recurring cleaning is available once we understand the home and have a practical checklist to maintain. Most homes start with a Pet Home Reset or VIP Pet Home Reset. If the home already has a solid baseline, tell us. We’ll be honest about the right starting point.
Residential cleaning is $75 per cleaning professional, per hour. The recommended team, estimated time, scope and rate are confirmed before booking.

Why recurring care comes after a clear baseline
A first Reset gives the team time to deal with buildup and understand how the home works. After that, recurring visits can stay focused on maintenance instead of trying to catch up.
Clear baseline — A first Reset handles buildup so recurring visits can focus on upkeep.
Known priorities — The team knows which rooms and tasks matter most in this home.
Useful checklist — We update the list when the home, pets or routines change.
Pet and access notes — Entry details and pet routines stay clear from visit to visit.
Consistency — Regular care stops the same buildup from taking over again.
Our specialists grow familiar with your unique space, ensuring high-quality, efficient upkeep visits.
We refine your task list over time so the service mirrors your evolving life.
Keeping your pets at the center of our visit plan always.
Sustained attention stops dirt buildup, keeping your space in peak Reset condition.
A rhythm that fits the home

For busy homes that need steady support.
A practical rhythm for many pet households.
For lighter upkeep between deeper visits.
The checklist stays useful.
We agree on the main priorities before service starts. If the home, pets or routines change, we update the list. The goal is consistent care, not repeating a stale checklist because it was written months ago.
