Home Resets & Hourly Cleaning
What is a Home Reset?
A thorough, pet-aware clean for the whole home, with extra attention where pets leave their mark.
What is the difference between the Pet Home Reset and VIP Pet Home Reset?
The Pet Home Reset is enough for many homes. VIP is for an agreed scope that needs more time, detail or hands-on help.
How does residential pricing work?
Residential cleaning is $75 per cleaning professional, per hour. Before you book, we confirm the team we recommend, the estimated time, the scope and the rate.
When is Hourly Cleaning the better fit?
When you want help with selected rooms or tasks rather than a full-home Reset. We work down a clear priority list. If a Home Reset would get you a better result, we’ll tell you.

Does submitting the form book an appointment?
No. It starts the conversation. Nothing is booked until we confirm the service, team, estimated time, scope and rate.
What happens after I submit?
We read the details, ask any follow-up questions and recommend the right service. Then we confirm the plan before you book.
Do photos help?
They can. Photos are optional, but they may help us understand the condition of the home and the areas that need attention.
When is the rate confirmed?
Before booking. We confirm the recommended team, estimated time, scope and rate in writing.
Pets & access
Do I need to be home?
Not always. We confirm entry, parking, alarms, restricted areas and pet arrangements before the visit.
What should I tell you about my pets?
Tell us how many pets are in the home, their routines, temperament, restricted areas and anything that affects safe access.
What if my pet is nervous?
Tell us before the visit. We’ll confirm the safest way to work around the household and any areas we should avoid.
Do you provide pet care?
No. We clean the home. We do not provide veterinary care, grooming, training or pet sitting. We’re not vets. We just know pets.

How does commercial service start?
With a walkthrough. We confirm the site priorities, frequency, responsibilities and communication, then prepare a customized scope and proposal.
Service area & recurring care
Where do you work, and do you offer recurring care?
Mississauga, Port Credit, Oakville and selected nearby communities. Well Kept operates from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Sunday. Recurring residential cleaning is available once the home has a clear baseline.
